Permeation of D in Y2O3
$$
P = P_0 \exp\left(-\frac{E_\mathrm{p}}{k_\mathrm{B}T}\right)
$$
[In the above formula, the Boltzmann constant is expressed in \(\mathrm{eV\,K^{-1}}\).]
- Material: Y2O3
- Method: Experiment
- Data scaled for isotope mass? No
- Ep = 1.281 eV
- T = 823 – 973 K

Annealed Y2O3. Post-annealed seemed to have higher activation energies. Gas permeation self-made apparatus from before. Data provided by M. Lavrentiev (UKAEA, 2024) with permission from STEP.
